Sharapova’s rep confirmed that Vujacic has already asked the three-time Grand Slam tennis champion’s hand in marriage. The proposal took place on October 19, at the L.A. Lakers star’s home in Manhattan Beach, California.
According to some sources, Sharapova was really surprised by the proposal. Vujacic’s proposal came exactly a year after their first meeting. That’s so romantic! But sorry to say that we couldn’t find any info on exactly how the basketball star proposed to his lady love. Too bad.
The 26-year-old Vujacic and 23-year-old Sharapova met through mutual friends. They were first seen together at a U2 concert back in November last year and then at various major events.
